I cannot remember a time in my life when I have not been around a food business. My grandmother was always either growing or selling fruits, vegetables, or cattle. Later on, one of my uncles opened a restaurant. When I decided to study Food Science with a concentration in microbiology and Food Industry Management, I had the opportunity to meet CEOs from many food businesses.
My primary driving force was to offer a website to generate nutrition facts labels that require no commitment or contract. I created a nutrition facts panel for some major national brands and start-up food businesses. I never liked having to sign up and pay monthly fees even if I only needed to download one nutrition facts label due to an update.
Our team continues to work on developing this site to meet the needs of the just-started all the way to the established business
